Duck Egg Chest

This is only my second time using Duck Egg and I love it!  The first time was because a client requested it, but I'm such a neutral color person I just never used it again.  I have two other AS blue colors that I need to try on some pieces.  This dresser was in great shape structurally, but very beat up on top and a few scratches here and there.  I changed out the hardware on the top two drawers and just painted the original hardware on the rest because I love ring type pulls.  I used Duck Egg and clear wax with a little Duck Egg and Graphite mix dry brushed over the drawers.

    Wow, you did an incredible job giving your piece new life! The Duck Egg Blue was the perfect choice ... love the dark wax, too!

    Wow, that top was a mess! But you worked your magic and it looks perect! I'm glad you kept the original pulls, they really show off the age of the dresser. And I agree, that's a great color. I've used it several times and had it color matched to make homemade chalk paint too. Thanks so much for joining the party!
