Bold Blue

I used AS Aubusson Blue on this one.  It's nice and bold and I love it!  I sanded the top down to sand all the scratches out and used dark wax on it.  The size of this piece makes it really versatile.  It would look great in an entryway, bedroom, as a buffet, or even a changing table in a nursery.

  1. That is so pretty! Did you only use dark wax on the top and how many coats? I have been wanting to try that on something, instead of going through staining and polyurethaning over & over.

    1. Hi Amanda, I used 3 coats. It didn't get any darker each time I just used 3 for durability. :)

    1. Thanks Sayuri! Yes, it's only dark wax - it does a great job of "staining" the wood.
