***SOLD***
I found this buffet at my favorite thrift store. It was solid wood and had dove tailed drawers. I got a Ballard's catalog a couple of days later with the following buffet inside:
and I knew what color I wanted to use on this piece! I first sanded down the top and stained it with dark walnut. I am going to put a satin poly on the top tomorrow. I used Annie Sloan's Chateau Grey on the rest of the buffet with a little Graphite and Chateau Grey mixed together and dry brushed on top. I then waxed and added new hardware. This could be used in a dining room as a buffet or in a living room with a TV. Would also look great with the 2 middle doors off and baskets on the shelves. I really like how it turned out.
What do you think?
