Maple Dresser in Grey

I've had this solid maple piece in my garage for a while now and finally got around to it. I had planned to paint it in Old White, but was looking through Restoration Hardware's Baby and Child catalog and love all the shades of grey so I ended up using French Linen and Paris Grey.  The top didn't get as dark as most of my tops do and had a little copper color to it so I mixed up spanish copper and antique gold rub n buff for the hardware.  This piece would look great just about anywhere!

French Inspired Buffet

When I first saw this buffet at RPK Interiors I fell in love!  I ran right out and bought a stencil, but didn't have anything to put it on, so when this piece came along I knew it would be perfect.  It was another CL find that I was lucky enough to get to first.  I loved the long turned legs, but other than that it was fairly plain.  It had hepplewhite hardware that I removed and replaced with these really pretty glass knobs I found at Home Depot.  I think you can get them cheaper on ebay, but I didn't want to wait.  I used Paris Grey with clear, dark, and white wax to seal, Pure White on the details and stencil, and Graphite with poly and dark wax on the top.
